
RESPONSIBILTY
- Manage internal services for hundreds of staff working in Thailand
- Manage compensation system for paying internal costs up to 2 Millions baht a month. Ensure not late payment
- Manage and control budget under the company regulation to comply with the employee needs
- Coordinate with other departments for operation process, payment and other task assigned by Direct Manage
- Prepare operational reports and present it to Direct Manager to review weekly, identify problems and how to solve it
- Work with Direct Manager Closely and other department in finding solutions and checking existing process if there is any hot issue within the Center
- Develop and apply international standards (as SLA, ITIL, ISO) to provide the best services to customers.

REQUIREMENTS
22-28 years old
Bachelor degree or equivalent
Fluent in Thai
Be able to speak English
Flexibility and ability to adapt in a fast pace working environment.
Fast learner and ambitious
Can work under pressure and with less supervision
