RESPONSIBILITY

- Become Representative of Edumall to support customers by providing and processing information in response to inquiries or requests about products and services

- Handle issues and give appropriate solutions for customers by many channels: hotline, email, website, social media, etc. after training to understand well about product 

- Update customer information in the customer service database after caring to mange your customers account and make report about customer problems, customer sastisfation to customized service

-  Provide information and support related departments inside Edumall to update working process and improve product quality
