
RESPONSIBILITY
Ensure that Compensation & Benefit are aligned with regional and local policies
Assist HR Manager/Director in fulfilling the company‘s set goals within HR areas
Develop Compensation & Benefits policies for structure of base salary, bonus, and other benefit by planning efficient budgets for people costs globally and locally
Participating in building training process, training material directly with Manager/Director in Vietnam or Global in order to remain the retaintion rate
Research into the industry‘s Compensation & Benefits situation using survey and other data collection methods to make sure the company‘s structure is competitive
REQUIREMENT
22-31 years old
Bachelor/ College degree or equivalent
Fluent in Thai, know English
Have passion with HR, HR management
Active, challenging, be able to work under high pressure environment
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
